Summer Theatre Program
Grades 5-12

The Summer Theatre Program is sponsored by the Levittown/Island Trees Youth Council for the students residing in the Island Trees School District.

About the Summer Theatre Program
The Summer Theater Program is designed to teach the fundamentals of stage. Grades 5-12 students (2008-2009) will have an opportunity to develop improvisational and acting skills while expanding their knowledge of voice and choreography. The four week program will allow students to create their own scenes, dances, and music.

The program will meet in the newly-renovated and air-conditioned high school auditorium from 9AM to 12PM, Monday to Friday. Depending on enrollment, we may have more than one session in that time slot. This offering is dependent upon sufficient student enrollment.

DATES
The Summer Theatre Program is scheduled to run from Monday, June 30, 2008 through Friday, July 25, 2008 at the I.T. High School. The Summer Theatre Program will be closed on July 4th.

COST
The cost is $90.00 per student.

Registration forms are available in the main offices. Please note: A minimum number of students is required to run this program.
