The Michael F. Elementary School has over 600 students who attend classes in Kindergarten through fourth grade. For the 2007/2008 school year, there are five or six classes of each grade level in Kindergarten through fourth grade.

Besides the class work in the grade level classrooms, all students also have classes in Art, General Music, Library, Physical Education and Computers at least once a week. Support in Reading, Math, Speech and Resource Room may also be included in a student's school day.
