Registration
for all new students to the district takes place
in the Central Registration Office located in the
Geneva N. Gallow building at 74 Farmedge Rd, Levittown.
Children must be five years of age on or before
December 1, 2007 in order to register for the 2007-2008
school year. At the time of registration, parents
or legal guardians must present the child's original
birth certificate, proof of Island Trees School
District residency and proof of immunizations.
All enrolling children must receive immunization
for three (3) doses DPT, (3) doses POLIO, (3) doses
HIB, (3) doses HEPATITIS, (2) doses MMR (Measles,
Mumps, Rubella) and (1) dose VARICELLA (Chicken Pox).
Registration takes place by appointment in Room 201 between the
hours of 8:15 AM – 3:45 PM. Any questions,
