Counselor Bios

Ms. C. Graziosi

Ms. Graziosi has been a proud member of the Student Support Center since January of 2003. She serves students in grades 5-8 with the last names beginning with letters N-Z. She began as a graduate intern at the Middle School in January 2002 and was fortunate enough to be offered a leave replacement position which then became permanent.

Ms. Graziosi received her Bachelor of Science degree in Elementary Education from CW Post. She also received her Master of Science degree in School Counseling from CW Post. Before starting at Island Trees, Ms. Graziosi was a second grade teacher for the New York City Board of Education.

Since her start at Island Trees, Ms. Graziosi has created and implemented Project TICKIT for fifth grade and a Peer Pressure program for sixth grade. As the facilitator of the Bully-Proofing committee, Ms. Graziosi strives to make Island Trees a safe and pleasant environment where each student can reach their full potential.

In addition to her roles as a guidance counselor, Ms. Graziosi runs the school store, is assistant director for the drama club, and is a member of the Shared-Decision Making Committee.
