Our fourth grade elementary band students have been learning and working on their band music during lessons
since October. They have been practicing with their instruments and learning music theory with the Music Ace computer program and the
Music Theory.net website on the band computers.
The band computers are
good supplements for the students. While some students are working on their instrumentation, others can go on the computers
and work on reading music notes and scales. They can practice their instruments at home, and also go on their
home computers to reinforce reading music using the music Internet website. There are also music websites
that are listed in the band website and the ITSD Elementary Links.
