Making Strides Against Breast
Cancer On and Off the Field
This past Sunday, the football program, Girls Varsity soccer team, cheerleaders, and Kickline members participated in the "Making Strides Against Breast Cancer" walk at Jones Beach. The donations collected by the members of each team go directly to the American Cancer Society to help fight breast cancer. Great job ladies and gentlemen, we are very proud of you!
To additionally support this endeavor, the football program is hosting their annual "Pink Out" game this Friday vs. Valley Stream South @ 5:00pm. Come out and support the Bulldogs as they "battle" the Falcons on the field and cancer off the field. The football booster club will be selling Pink Out t-shirts and baked goods with all the proceeds going to an Island Trees community member battling cancer.
