World Leadership
Ambassador
The People to People
program was established
in 1956 to provide
opportunities for young
students to become the
future leaders of the
global community. Each
year students across the
United States travel to
Washington D.C. to
participate in a
training program that
focuses on developing
communication and
leadership skills. This
year the Memorial Middle
School is proud to
announce that Elizabeth
Mullin, a 7th
grader, has been
accepted into this
prestigious program.
Elizabeth was nominated
by Mrs. Longhway, her
former sixth grade
teacher from last year.
Elizabeth will travel in
March to Washington D.C.
to be trained as a World
Leadership Ambassador.
