Stokes Staff Enjoys Choice Tech. Sessions

At Stokes, our technology leaders have enthusiastically offered to share their expertise by facilitating an array of technology sessions at December's staff development meeting. Staff were offered a choice of the following engaging workshops:

●       Office 365: Angel Mitchell and Tracy Ingenito shared some valuable insight about navigating both the school email system and online applications, such as Word and Excel.

●       Math Apps/Websites/Blogs: Laura Marks shared some trade secrets to bolster math instruction through a variety of digital resources.

●       Class DoJo/Plickers: Christine Jochade and Nicole Schiavone engaged their colleagues in student-friendly digital formative assessment tools.

●       Google Apps: Jim Conklin familiarized staff with Chromebook login and an enticing overview of Google Apps.

Thank you to all of the facilitators who inspired their colleagues by sharing best practices that make a big difference in teaching and learning.
