Ms. Gloria Vasco- KJOY 98.3 Teacher Feature Award Winner

 

Congratulations to Ms. Gloria Vasco, Memorial Middle School music teacher, in being named the KJOY 98.3 Teacher Feature award winner.  Ms. Vasco was nominated for this honor by a MMS family for her special work with students in the music program and the extracurricular activity program. 

 

Ms. Vasco is extremely active at the Memorial Middle School.  Ms. Vasco conducts the fifth and sixth grade concert bands, the fifth and sixth grade jazz band, is the director of the fifth and sixth grade Talent Show, is the assistant director of the seventh and eighth grade Talent Show, and coaches the cheerleading team.  Ms. Vasco will be interviewed on Tuesday, January 26^th and her interview will be featured on the Steve and Maria Show on Monday, February 1^st,

between 7:00-7:30 a.m.
