Students in Ms. Cara Farino’s
fourth grade library classes participated in a mini unit
on kindness in honor of
Random Acts of Kindness month. Students
listened to and reflected on short stories from the book
Chicken Soup for the
Kid’s Soul. For the final project, every
child created a special card for the residents at the
Fulton Commons Nursing Home in East Meadow. This was one special unit that all will
remember!
