Terrific Kids Awards |
Dear
Island Trees Community,
On Tuesday, December 8, 2009, the Memorial
Middle School hosted its annual Kiwanis Club
of Levittown’s Terrific Kids awards
assembly. Twenty-five students were
recognized for their efforts in being a
responsible student, as well as a
responsible citizen. In order to become a
“Terrific Kid,” a student must be
Thoughtful, Enthusiastic, Respectful,
Responsible, Influential, Friendly,
Impeccable, and Caring. Students were
nominated by their teachers and presented
with a certificate of honor and a bumper
sticker for demonstrating these character
traits.
